Penta and Starry are patiently waiting for new people to work with.
Instead of waiting for the job market to cool down, or amazing people to fall in your lap. Why not create a local skill-share?
Students are taught in a 1-1 tutor program. This is to ensure they
build a broad network, and set of
soft skills.
This also means
students and coaches can continue their jobs or school as they
complete your program.
Students interact with more than one coach in the program. This gives them a diverse skill set, and they only change coaches when they've learned that skill.
Using this method, anyone can learn the skills they need to be
successful, and build a network of like-minded fellows in the
industry who can help them get hired.
Maybe some of those
fresh graduates would fit well at your job?
